Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) – changes in invoicing from 1 February 2026

As of 1 February 2026, the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) applies as the mandatory system for issuing and receiving invoices for entities registered in Poland. KSeF is a central government platform used to handle structured electronic invoices. 

 

As part of the implementation of KSeF, we have implemented a new, standardized sales invoice template compliant with the requirements of the Polish Ministry of Finance, and it is not subject to modification. 

For foreign counterparties, the other aspects of the invoicing process remain unchanged. You continue to receive invoice copies in the same manner as today (e.g. by e-mail), and no additional actions are required on your side.
