1. Carriers with whom the Company cooperates in the provision of forwarding services.
2. Companies within the ROHLIG SUUS Group for the provision of forwarding services.
3. Subcontractors responsible for operating and maintaining IT systems used by the Company.
4. Consulting and auditing companies, as well as law firms, with which the Company cooperates.
5. Entities conducting customs proceedings in transit countries and in the destination country

We may transfer your data to third countries if it is necessary to provide services to the client you represent. The basis for transferring data in such cases is Article 49, Section 1, Letter C of the GDPR or the standard contractual clauses included in our contracts with the entities receiving the data.

In connection with our processing of your data, you have the right to:

1. Request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of the processing of personal data.
2. Object to the further processing of personal data.
3. Transfer personal data.

1. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for concluding a contract and may be necessary for its proper performance. Failure to provide the required data will prevent you from concluding a contract with the Company and implementing forwarding services.
2. Providing personal data for the purpose indicated in Section 1, Point 1 of the "Purposes and Legal Basis for the Processing of Personal Data" is voluntary, and refusal to provide it will not result in any consequences for you.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, there will be no automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data not obtained directly from you are obtained from the carrier on whose behalf you are making the trip and include: name, surname, telephone number, and vehicle registration number.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, there will be no automated decision-making, including profiling. However, your personal data may be used to assess the quality of services, based on timeliness indicators provided by service carriers.

Wybór przez odbiorcę przesyłki tego sposobu doręczenia oznacza zgodę odbiorcy przesyłki na udostępnienie jego danych osobowych Allegro.pl sp. z o.o. w zakresie niezbędnym do realizacji tego celu.
