Yes, the Portal contains a list of suggested ready-made packaging options that you can use, or you can choose to add your own packaging. It is very important that the actual type of packaging matches the one specified in the order and that the shipment is properly secured. In case of discrepancies, there is a risk of damage to the goods during transport or creation of a hazard, and then we may refuse to fulfill the order or add the costs of changing the packaging.
You'll find the Orders module in the side menu of the Portal. To add a new order, use the green “Add order” button in the top right corner. You can also click directly in the side menu. Expand the arrow next to the “Orders” field – the “add order” option will appear. When placing an order, select the type of shipment and the type of recipient (company or private individual).

The easiest way is to use the complaint form on the Portal—you can submit your complaint entirely online. For customers without a login, we also provide a simple link to the complaint form.
Prepare the order/shipment number, photos of the damage (if any), a description of the problem, a damage report, shipping documents, and invoices—the more information you provide, the faster the matter will be resolved.
If you have administrator access, you can add users to your company and set their access levels. You can do this after logging into the Portal in the “Settings” tab (gear icon in the upper right corner of the Portal).
If you are already a SUUS customer, ask your account manager to activate your account on the Portal.
If not, remember that you can use some of the features (complaints, visibility, quotes) even if you are not a customer.
You can reset your password yourself using the “I forgot my password” option on the login page, or contact your account manager if you have any problems.
Click on the “Request access” option. Your company administrator will be able to change your permissions in SUUS Portal in the “Settings” tab (the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Portal).
