SUBMIT COMPLAINTS ONLINE THROUGH THE SUUS Portal!

 

Say goodbye to paper forms! This option is accessible to all users, even without a Portal account.

The process is convenient, intuitive, and paperless. Upon submission, you'll receive an email confirmation with your complaint number and details.

Keep track of complaint statuses in real-time directly through the SUUS Portal.

To file a complaint online, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Shipment number, forwarding order, bill of lading, or any other relevant shipping document.
  • WZ document confirming the release of goods (if the complaint is regarding a missing shipment).

If the complaint is related to damage, please also prepare:

  • Commercial invoice, repair invoice, or any document verifying the value of the damage.
  • Damage report signed by authorized parties.
  • Photos documenting the damage to the goods.
  • Detailed calculation for various items, to be completed in the online form.
  • Bank account number.
  • Any other relevant documents, such as an assignment of rights, if you're filing a complaint but don't have the right to pursue claims.
