We will automatically process your data when you use the website:

1. During your visit to our websites and use of our services, data regarding your visit and activity is automatically collected, in particular your IP address, domain name, browser type, and operating system type. To the extent that we ask you to consent to the processing of your personal data, the basis for the processing of your data is in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR, which is your consent.

The legal basis for the processing of your data for the purpose of performing the contract is each concluded contract, in accordance with Article 6 section 1 letter b GDPR.

If we are subject to legal requirements that oblige us to process personal data, for example, to fulfill tax obligations, the processing will be based on Article 6 section 1 letter c GDPR.

We make every effort to ensure that the personal data we process is properly secured. To this end, we have taken the following actions:

1. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data to an extent that corresponds to the risk of violating the rights and freedoms of persons whose data is processed.
2. The measures referred to in point 1 above are implemented both when determining the methods of processing (in the so-called design phase) and during the processing itself, taking into account the state of technical knowledge, the cost of implementation, as well as the nature, scope, context, and purpose of data processing.
3. The transmission of personal data and communication with our servers is encrypted and takes place using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
4. We process data respecting the principle of default data protection.
5. We protect data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, modification, unauthorized disclosure, or unauthorized access to personal data.
6. We maintain documentation required by law, including appropriate data protection policies.
7. We only allow persons with appropriate authorization to process data.
8. We ensure control over what personal data has been provided to us, when and by whom, and to whom it is transferred.
9. We delete data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. If there are legal or practical barriers that prevent data from being deleted, it is blocked.

 

1. We transfer your personal data outside the EEA only when necessary and ensuring the appropriate level of protection required by the GDPR. For this purpose:

• When we use the services of specific suppliers, we use contract templates approved by the European Commission (Standard Contractual Clauses). 2. Data recipients may be based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), but in this case, Rohlig Suus Logistics will ensure an appropriate level of security to protect the data subject. The transfer of data to countries outside the EEA may be related to, for example:

• Using analytical tools and tools for anonymous tracking of user behavior, in particular such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SALESmanago, RedLink.

 

In connection with our processing of your data, you have the right to:

1. Request from the administrator access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of the processing of personal data.
2. Object to the further processing of personal data.
3. Request the transfer of personal data.
4. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5. Submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
