Module of orders for domestic LTL now available in SUUS Portal

Rohlig SUUS Logistics continues to develop the SUUS Portal. Polands largest logistics operator is introducing the possibility of placing orders for domestic groupage road transport. The solution, thanks to the template function or the clear interface, among other things, allows for quick operations, which saves customers time. SUUS plans to further improve the tool.

A new module in the SUUS Portal enables the fast placement of orders in domestic groupage transport. Thanks to the function of creating templates, customers enter repetitive and unchanging data on the transport only once, and these are automatically supplemented in subsequent realisations. The introduced solution also offers a clear and intuitive interface, easier navigation and a quick selection of many additional options, such as adding documents to the order, annotating the loading and unloading location and the possibility of selecting additional services, including CARGO insurance, the option of carrying or transporting ADR goods.

The SUUS Portal is a space we have designed to make it easier for customers to handle the logistics services we provide. The just-introduced module of orders for domestic groupage transport, through new functions or a user-friendly interface, increases user comfort and saves customers time. They can easily and quickly provide us with all the necessary information about their goods or indicate the need for additional services. Consequently, this allows logistics operations to start faster and also increases their efficiency,&rsquo explains Tomasz Jeleń, Chief Commercial Officer at Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

We are also focusing on improving other modules, both in the area of transport and contract logistics,&rsquo he adds.

The SUUS Portal is a convenient and versatile tool, which currently enables customers, among other things, to obtain quotes for international general cargo available 24/7, track the status of shipments (visibility) for all road services, quickly and conveniently lodge complaints, send documentation and financial settlements with the operator. The platform also allows for the ordering of warehousing of goods, inventory management and advisories. In addition to the Customer Zone, the operator is also developing a dedicated area for hauliers in the SUUS Portal.
