4PL services in a new branch in the Czech Republic

The new branch in Pilzno specializes in providing 4PL services, responding to the growing demand of the CEE market for comprehensive supply chain management.

4PL is a collaboration model where the management of the entire supply chain and logistics is entrusted to a single service provider. A 4PL operator oversees and coordinates the activities of multiple logistics providers, including customs services, contract logistics, and freight forwarding across all modes of transport. This model enables real-time planning, execution, and monitoring of operations at every stage.

In Pilsen, we manage logistics processes not only from an operational perspective but also by providing transport cost audits. Our services deliver tangible benefits to customers, such as streamlined processes, time savings, and enhanced control over their supply chains. Pilsen is our fourth branch in the Czech Republic and is headed by David Rákos and Václav Ráb, who have over 10 years of experience in 4PL logistics, gained within leading 4PL operators. Together with their team, they are now responsible for organizing and optimizing deliveries for SUUS Group customers.

4PL services are a natural development direction for comprehensive logistics operators such as us. For years, we have specialised in services such as VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) or Control Tower, within which we support the management of complex supply chains on a global scale. Last year, we developed our competences in preparing customers for turbulence in supply chains and designing secure chains by launching a logistics consulting unit, SUUS Advisory, and a Logistics Solution Design design unit, says Piotr Iwo Chmielewski, Member of the Management Board of ROHLIG SUUS Logistics.
