Rohlig SUUS Logistics, a leading logistics operator in the CEE region, is further expanding its cooperation with Hisense Europe. The company launcheddedicated warehouse for spare parts used in household appliances and consumer electronics, providing end-to-end services, including storage, order picking, co-packing, and customs clearance. The project incorporates several client-specific solutions that support business growth and strengthen competitive advantage.

The new warehouse, located in Warsaw and covering 8,600 sqm, serves as a global distribution center for spare parts used in Hisense household appliances and consumer electronics. It currently handles 7,000 SKUs — from small screws to large refrigerator doors. Goods volume is set to rise over time to over 50,000 SKUs available in stock.

SUUS provides comprehensive services at the site, including storage, order picking, preparation of B2B and B2C shipments in line with customer requirements, and co-packing. As part of the project, the operator also manages customs clearances — the warehouse includes an approved place. This facility supports Hisense Europe Group’s operations from different warehouses, improving process efficiency and reducing delivery time.

Tailor-made warehouse solutions for business growth

Łukasz Lewicki, Business Development Director Contract Logistics at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, explains: "At SUUS, we specialize in client-specific logistics solutions, tailoring processes, services and warehouse setups to product and market requirements. This enables our clients to build a competitive advantage. In the new Hisense Europe distribution center, we manage a very broad range of spare parts — from small elements to large TV panels. To ensure efficient handling and faster order picking of such diverse items, we have created, among others, a ‘carton city,’ where spare parts are stored in bins according to their size: M, L and XL, with algorithms suggesting the optimal location."

Other tailor-made solutions implemented in the warehouse include product photography — used in Hisense’s sales catalogues and for quality verification. The team supporting the client also includes a quality engineer responsible for technical checks of spare parts and coordination with relevant departments. An essential element of the project is the system integration between not only SUUS and Hisense Europe, but also other business partners like courier companies, ensuring smooth information flow on inventory levels and orders.

Łukasz Lewicki adds: "We are planning the further development of this project — from higher volumes to deeper process automation. That’s why, when designing this warehouse, we already took future growth into account to ensure that additional solutions can be implemented smoothly."

Products stored in the facility are shipped to global markets — including Europe, Asia, Australia and North America — which makes the warehouse’s strategic location especially important. Situated in a logistics park near Warsaw, with convenient access to major road routes such as the S8 expressway, it enables fast and efficient international distribution.

Attila Gerzsei, Hisense Europe Group Customer Care Director, emphasizes: “Thanks to the rapid business growth of Hisense Europe, especially in the past five years, we decided to support the business with better customer service. The main element of this approach is a rapid spare parts supply. We decided to open a new professional location in Poland in cooperation with Rohlig SUUS Logistics in a strategic partnership. The journey started in November 2024 with in-house approval and after careful development we opened an amazing, almost 9,000 sqm facility.”

Long-term partnership

Rohlig SUUS Logistics and Hisense Europe have been successfully cooperating for more than six years, continuously expanding the scope of their partnership. Last year, SUUS launched another dedicated facility of over 50,000 sqm for the customer, providing logistics services for household appliances and consumer electronics. This warehouse is located within the same logistics park. As part of the cooperation, SUUS delivers comprehensive support — including warehousing, order picking, import and export customs services, domestic distribution, and full-truckload road transport to Eastern European, Baltic and Scandinavian markets.
