SUUS has been managing Beko logistics in the CEE markets for 20 years

Rohlig SUUS Logistics, a leading logistics operator in CEE, marks the 20th anniversary of its partnership with Beko this year. Over two decades, the cooperation has consistently scaled in both service scope and geographic reach. Today, SUUS delivers end-to-end supply chain solutions across the CEE markets, including warehousing and value-added services, customs clearance, B2B and B2C distribution, as well as reverse logistics.
The partnership was initiated in 2006 in Poland. At the beginning of the project, SUUS assumed responsibility for warehousing, customs clearance, and transportation of Beko products in this market. Over the years, the scope of services has steadily expanded, both in terms of capabilities and geographic coverage.
Krzysztof Gąsiewski, Regional Director, Rohlig SUUS Logistics, explains: "For 20 years, we have been a strategic logistics partner for Beko, supporting its dynamic growth in Europe. Our journey together is a remarkable growth story. We started with just 200 square meters of warehouse space in the Polish market. Today, we manage over 35,000 square meters for Beko across our logistics centers, primarily in Poland, but also in the Czech Republic and Hungary – a 175-fold increase. We also provide a full spectrum of logistics services, creating a seamless, one-stop solution."
Integrated logistics for the home appliance supply chain
The collaboration covers storage and value-added services such as co-packing, labeling, and adding user manuals at SUUS logistics centers in Warsaw, Budapest, and Brno. The operator manages FTL and LTL distribution to retail chains, local stores, and individual customers across the CEE markets, as well as Romania and the Baltic States – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia. In Poland, it provides delivery and installation services within the B2C channel. SUUS also handles comprehensive customs services, including clearance and temporary storage at its facilities. For selected shipments, it provides sea freight, e.g. from China, port handling, and road transport from factories in Turkey and Romania to warehouses.
A complementary element of the offering is service logistics on the Polish market, including the collection and replacement of defective equipment, as well as providing dedicated warehouse space in Warsaw for equipment repairs and delivering spare parts directly to Beko service technicians.
Trust as the foundation of long-term cooperation
Michał Kępa, Manager Supply Chain Poland & Baltics, Beko, says: "We have grown together over all these years. The most difficult moments have made our partnership stronger. I remember times when we had to change everything at the last minute – SUUS never said it was impossible. Dealing with these challenges built the trust we have today. We are more than a client and a service provider – we have grown our business together. I hope the coming years will be just as dynamic and successful."
The partnership is entering a new phase following the recent merger of Beko and Whirlpool Corporation. The companies plan to further expand their operations, starting with the Polish market, where the legal merger process has already been completed.
