From factory to warehouse
We provide both LTL and FTL road transportation from production sites located in Germany and Poland to the SUUS logistics center in Poznan.
Strategically located distribution hub
Pet food is stored and handled in our state-of-the-art logistics center in Poznan, which serves as a central hub for Josera’s regional operations. We provide a wide range of contract logistics services.
- Storage in standard racks with dedicated zones separating odorous and absorbent goods;
- Labeling – application of Polish labels on selected products manufactured in Germany;
- Picking goods according to their shelf life, automatically suggested by the WMS system;
- Preparing palletized orders in line with demand and specific requirements of end customers, such as retail chains;
- A warehouse fully compliant with food-related standards, including HACCP certification for handling pet food;
- A strategic location that enables efficient distribution not only across Poland but also throughout CEE and the Balkans regions – including Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Romania, Slovakia and Bulgaria. We also manage deliveries to France.
Our operations are flexibly scaled to match the client’s changing business needs – adjusting both capacity and workflow pace during promotional campaigns or periods of increased sales activity. This allows us to maintain consistent service quality and on-time deliveries, even at peak demand.

Josera’s business model covers various distribution channels – from specialized pet retailers to global retail chains. To meet these diverse needs, SUUS provides flexible logistics services tailored to each channel’s operational specifics, including defined delivery time slots and customized packaging requirements. We manage both FTL and LTL transport for large retail partners as well as for individual specialist stores.

All operations are supported by seamless system integration between SUUS and Josera, ensuring real-time data exchange on orders and inventory levels. This integration allows both teams to maintain full transparency, react quickly to changing demand, and ensure smooth operational flow.
