Automotive companies are often global players. Spare parts and components from all over the world make their way to assembly plants and workshops located closer to their markets. This is exactly the route taken by automotive spare parts manufactured by one of our clients. We helped build an efficient supply chain that included parts production in Asia and Western Europe, assembly in Poland and target markets in Central and Southern Europe.

For car manufacturers, safety, reliability and timeliness of all elements of the global supply chain are key. At SUUS, we combine transportation, customs services, warehousing services and integrate IT systems to ensure their smooth and cost-effective operations.

From all over the world to the hub in Gliwice

Products from China, Turkey, Belgium and the Czech Republic using sea and road transport arrive at our warehouse in Gliwice, which has been extendedby an additional 10,000 sqm. Those, from outside the European Union, are cleared at our customs agency in Tychy. We operate 24/7 to ensure quick availability of products.

The Gliwice warehouse completes orders and organizes onward shipping. The integration of IT systems allows us to automatically transmit data on parts orders to the warehouse, as well as inventory and returns to the customer. Operational processes are faster thanks to process transparency and real-time information.

Silesia is a logistics hub for Central Europe and the Balkans, among others, and these are key markets for our client.

The road to the south and the Baltics

Distribution of goods to the target markets is carried out by full truckload and groupage road transport. We organize transports through selected carriers and foreign partners to the Balkans, Central Europe and the Baltics. Where we cross EU borders, we provide customs handling.
