- Packaging - with particular care and retaining a good appearance of packages (white glove services)
- Inserting, e.g. printing invoices, attaching leaflets or samples
- Handling returns and complaints
Domestic and international distribution:
- We have our own domestic distribution network – delivery to final B2B and B2C customers in 24 hours
- International deliveries to all locations in Europe.
We ensure our Customer’s comfort by allowing them to choose:
- The customer's preferred time and location of delivery
- Additional services, including:
Upstairs delivery
Collection of used audivisual devices and household appliances
Non-standard delivery times
Non-standard shipments and shipments weighing over 50 kg
Delivery notice by telephone and text message
Cash on delivery
