Indexation
We have the right every six months to change the base rates of the Price List by a percentage rate (Indexation) according to the rules published on this website. The indexation takes into account the change in the components of the transport cost: fuel, wages and salaries, and other fixed costs.
The changes may be made on 1 January and 1 July of each year and do not constitute an amendment to the contract. For their entry into force, publication on this website is sufficient. We publish them at least 30 days in advance.
