Fuel adjustment

For road freight and groupage sea, air, and rail shipments, we calculate the charge as a percentage of the freight cost. Its amount is determined based on the average wholesale price of Ekodiesel (ON) diesel oil at PKN Orlen.

The correction for the shipment of general cargo by sea, rail, and air, both import and export, is calculated based on the date the shipment is reported to the customs procedure. For imported containers, the fuel surcharge is calculated based on the date the container is submitted for customs clearance. If ROHLIG SUUS Logistics arranges a transfer (T1) or if the container is not subject to customs clearance, we apply the surcharge based on the date the container is loaded onto the truck.
