At SUUS, we are consistently striving to shape an organizational culture that aligns with societal norms. Thus we have implemented the "Your Voice" platform - an anonymous system for reporting legal violations, internal regulations, or unethical behavior. Recently, in addition to Polish and English language options, the tool is also available in the appropriate language versions for our foreign branches in the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, as well as Hungary.
"Your Voice" is a tool implemented in our organization to report legal violations, procedural breaches, unethical behavior, or discrepancies and environmental concerns. This platform is available to all stakeholders, including employees, business partners, e.g. customers, local communities, and all individuals influenced by SUUS.
The platform's greatest advantage is confidentiality and the option to maintain the anonymity of reports, contributing to the elimination of any potential retaliatory actions. Users can also check the status of their report and familiarize themselves with the reporting and handling procedures, which have been prepared in a simple and understandable language. Besides this platform, our stakeholders can also report irregularities through traditional letters or emails, by phone, as well as in person, addressing, for example, their immediate supervisor or designated individuals in the HR and Compliance departments.
"Ethical conduct is the foundation of our business. We prioritize partnership and cooperation based on mutual trust and honesty. We emphasize the implementation and maintenance of the highest standards and values in the services we provide," says Małgorzata Zimna, Compliance Officer at Rohlig SUUS Logistics. "Moreover, reporting and dealing with irregularities, including the "Your Voice" system, is in line with the extremely significant and sustainable development of our company. It is one of the key elements in building corporate governance," she adds.
In implementing the "Your Voice" platform at SUUS, we focused on:
- building stakeholder trust in the violation reporting system,
- ensuring anonymity and confidentiality for those making reports,
- maximizing the chances of discovering and eliminating any potential irregularities,
- increasing stakeholders' awareness of the existence of such solutions.
