New Visibility module – track order status and manage shipments

Check the new Visibility module in the Customer Portal. The new option will allow tracking of the current status of orders and the physical location of product shipments. With real-time information, decision-making and shipment management is easier.

The Visibility module is available after logging into the Portal in the top menu.

Visibility module capabilities:

  • Quick information about unusual events in transportation – a system of in-app alerts and email notifications to help you manage any situation fast
  • Option for the recipient to change the shipment delivery date – greater convenience for the recipient and lower costs associated with failed deliveries
  • A quick view of details and list of orders with current statuses of all shipments in one place.
  • Easier submission of complaints – directly from the Visibility module
  • Real-time status tracking – thanks to the link between the Customer Portal and the SUUS Driver Mobile App
  • Presentation of milestones for each service with ETA dates

The Visibility module also works on mobile devices and in English.
